Twelve Sixteen

Is it Christmas already? I'm kidding. I have to admit that Christmas is a lot more fun with a kid around. Mary did make a visit to Santa and she only got scared towards the very end. She asked him for a swing set, so now we have to cough that up. Shucks. Me and Amanda went to see Cinderella, the ballet, in Chico last night at Laxon. It was fantastic of course. Everytime I go to the ballet I wish I was a ballerina, just like a 5-year old. Before the ballet Ben & I went to the Crab Feed over in HC. Stuffed our faces and left there smelling like hot garbage. I am SO going again next year!! Cookie Party was yesterday also. We had a nice brunch and frosted some cookies. All the ladies made yum-yum cookies. Except for Amy's...they were gross....JUST KIDDING AMERS. They were delish. Of course Gram & Sue had to make really pretty ones...SHOW-OFFS! Mine looked like dog turds. But at least they didn't taste like them! So I am almost done with my shopping. Just a couple more things. Running out of money also...perfect timing! I am so excited for 2008! Trying my best to talk Ben into a 2008 baby...so make sure you all are on my side and remind him of the joys of a new baby. So don't talk about crying babies in the middle of the night or that nasty seedy yellow poop or boobs squirting milk all over the place. Breast milk filling up the fridge, no sex for like 3 months (yes I held out last time), laundry up the wazoo, etc. Talk about the JOYS...like cute babies, how nice it would be to have a son to watch the 49ers games, collect baseball cards, shoot guns, cute baby noises, snuggling, etc.
