The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger. This book better be good Shavon...or you're out of the club. Oh wait, you aren't really in the club anymore, huh? You moved away! Bitch! You're lucky I am still going to read this book. Hopefully you read this post or all of this complaining for nothing and talking to myself :)
An update on things gestationally: Getting steadily fatter: beer gut is amazing, feel the kid already in there poking around. Still fit into my jeans though miraculously. I need a dye job REALLY BAD, so I'll be heading to salon for a new doo soon now that the Dr has given permission informally. Mary and I went and checked out a preschool last week and will do another in the coming weeks. She thought it was real cool, except she had an attention span of about 13 seconds. Totally embarassing. My grandma is in the hospital and I LOVE HER LOVE HER LOVE HER and hope she has peace. My uncles and Dad have been amazing and I really want to say that they make me so proud that they love their mama like they do. I am so lucky that I have been able to get to know my grandma and love her and my daughter has too. And I thank my Dad and uncles for giving me that opportunity. They are way awesome gents. And my grandma is beautiful and amazing and a strong woman and doesn't deserve all this awful business she is going through, so I hope she doesn't suffer much longer. Anyhoo, lump in my throat...so I am going to head home and eat some chow with Studly, Jr Mint and the Mutts.

It is good!! Funny, the reason I put it up for grabs in the book club is that I wanted to read it, and now you all are reading it without me.
Maybe I'll go hunt it down and read it too!!
