Bonding with Anita and achieving cultural competence through her has not necessarily made me a better person. I am a texting junkie, I talk about bodily functions way too often and I bought a pair of leggings yesterday. I'm serious. ME. They aren't for someone else, they are for me. Imagine Porky Pig with pants on, really tight, almost spandex business. They are cute though. She has some, so I am copying her. Also, we went shopping before Mervyn's closed when they were having 90% off and I bought all these cute shirts for $24. So I got this cute long shirt and I am going to wear it with my new leggings. If I have any male readers, I'm sure they've tuned out by now :) Anyway, I will test out my leggings tonight at dinner with the Hoffmans and if they laugh at me, I promise I will give them away. I have to try out at least one new trend. That can be my new resolution for 2009. Since I can't do the boots. Just can't do it dude. They are awful.
