I love this guy. He's like my hero & stuff. He seems like he would be a really cool uncle, like an Uncle Guido. And I can't stop watching Diners Drive-ins & Dives because I am always hungry and watching that show is like being there with him and eating cheeseburgers. He has great jokes too and I am all about great jokes.

I met him down in Sacramento at his resturant in December when he was doing a book signing!
He has 2 places in Sac. One is on Arden down from the mall called
Tex Wasabi's Southern BBQ & California Sushi
and the other is in Roseville called
Johnny Garlics...YUMMY! Especially the "12 Layer Tortilla Cake"
